Taking customer service to even greater heights, Lexus of Kendall developed a new, exciting position aimed at enhancing your Lexus ownership experience called Lexus Technology Specialists.

Lexus Technology Specialists
  • introduce customers to their new vehicles
  • explain Bluetooth, navigation, advanced functions and any other technology related issues
  • review the features of each vehicle at the time of their delivery
  • serve as a resource for questions about the new Lexus Enform telematics system.
  • provide support, by phone or e-mail, when customer is away from the dealership.


While in the dealership, customers may visit the Lexus Technology Center, located in our showroom. A Technology Specialist is available during business hours to troubleshoot problems or provide additional education on Lexus vehicle features.
